How to join the Adult Choir of the Maîtrise Notre-Dame de Paris?
Step 1: pre-registration
- download, complete the registration form and return the complete file by post or email,
- complete the online form.
Step 2: audition
After a pre-selection on file, the admission is done by competitive examination.
The content of the test is as follows:
1. interpretation over two rounds of several vocal pieces. The jury will choose 2 pieces from:
- an opera (or oratorio) aria including, if possible, a recitative
- a german lied
- a french melody
2. a vocal deciphering test
3. a music theory test
4. an individual interview
Registrations are open until April 30, 2023.
The auditions will take place on:
- Saturday May 13, 2023 (first round)
- Sunday May 14, 2023 (second round)
